Answers to frequently asked questions in setting up contracts in Motivity.

Q: Why are my contracts not showing up as a funding source when I'm trying to create an authorization?

A: There are a few things you can check!

  • Direct yourself to the Contracts module and confirm that you have entered all your contracts.

  • If all contracts are in the system:

    1. click on a contract,

    2. select "Account Information"

    3. confirm that the contract status is "Active"

    4. scroll down to "Service Locations" and confirm that a location is selected.

      1. if a contract is applicable across all locations, toggle that setting to "On" an click "Save".
