Important Considerations
Before we jump in, a couple of important notes to keep your integration journey smooth sailing:
The Single-System Rule: Most, if not all, clearinghouses do not support simultaneous integrations with two Practice Management systems. Enabling the integration with Motivity PM will likely automatically disable the connection with your current PM system. Switching to Motivity PM will require disconnecting from your existing setup.
Timing is Everything: We strongly recommend starting this integration only when your team is fully ready to go live with Motivity PM for billing. In the meantime, you can continue handling billing manually using Motivity PM during the transition period to ensure there is no disruption in your operations.
Integrated Clearinghouses
Motivity is currently integrated with four awesome clearinghouses: Waystar, Trizetto, Availity, and Office Ally.
How To Initiate Your Clearinghouse Integration
Here are the simple steps to initiate the integration process:
Initiate the Process: Reach out to your Implementation Manager (IM) with your chosen Clearinghouse.
IM Coordination: Your IM will follow up to coordinate the exact timing of the integration process with you.
Specific Steps Follow: Your IM will then provide you with the specific integration steps that are required by your particular clearinghouse.
