Copying Programs Between Libraries

This article reviews how to copy a program from one library to another. This is most useful for Library Curators for content management and clinicians who would like to copy a program into their Practice Library for further editing.

  1. From the destination library, click + ProgramCopy from a Library.

  2. Select the source library (e.g., Templates).

  3. Choose the program you want to copy.

  4. Click Copy in the top-right of the preview pane and confirm Copy to [destination].

  5. Click Open for Editing — and rename the copy right away.

Common Mistake: It's easy to forget to rename a copied program and end up with multiple copies all called the same thing (e.g., 0-Skill Acquisition Template (DTT)). You can fix this later using the Rename pencil icon in the top-right toolbar, but it's best to rename immediately upon creation. We recommend this naming convention: [Domain] – [Skill] – [Learner initials if learner-specific].
