If you are experiencing technical issues, you can submit a help ticket directly through the Motivity website.
Important Note: BEFORE submitting a ticket, check in with your supervisor, Motivity guru, or administration at your organization. They may be able to help you or answer your questions. This will allow you to get a much faster answer. If your organization is unable to answer the question, feel free to send us a ticket.
To do this:
1. Go to app.motivity.net
2. You can either:
- Click on the three vertical lines on the left side
- Click on the "?" in the right corner
- Go directly to https://help.motivity.net/hc/en-us/requests/new
3. Complete the form and submit.
