Add Learners Follow

To add a learner, select "Learner" when you are on your organization's home screen. Then click on the + Learner in the upper right corner of the screen.

The nickname will be displayed in the learner list and can be used to protect PHI. A good way to use nicknames is to use the first two letters of the first name and the last two letters of the last name. So for the above learner, London Bridges, her nickname could be LoBr. 

 

The notes section can be used for general information you want to have access such as diet restrictions, insurance provider, special care instructions, etc.
