Pass-Fail Instrument Follow

The Pass-Fail Instrument is a tool that has a "+" and "-" which indicates if a learner was successful or unsuccessful with that target.  It does not specify prompts used.  The data collection interface looks like this:

The green + indicates 100% and the red - indicates 0%.  The graph will show the data point as an average after you have collected your data (e.g. you mark 3 "+" and 2 "-". 3 correct/5 total trials.  This would create an average of 60%).
