This article reviews how to use the Session Note Builder to create different session note templates that fulfill your payer requirements.
Only owners have the default permission to create and manage Session Note Templates. The owner will need to give permission to other roles that may need to create or edit these templates.
Create a Template
When you have permission to Manage Session Notes, you will see a card in your account called, "Session Note Templates". You can go here to create a template.
To create your first template, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org and we will work with you to replicate and/or update your current Session Notes and put them into Motivity.
Once the templates are made, it's easy to edit and add to the templates. You simply open the session note and click Edit in the toolbar.
