This article reviews the purpose of labels and how to use them to organize and filter programs in libraries and in data collection.

Ways to use Use Labels to Organize Programs

  • By Developmental/ Assessment Domain (Behavior Reduction, Fine Motor, Learning Readiness, Social Skills, Beginning Language, Imitation)
  • By Location of where the program is run (Home Program, Parent Goal, Community, Peer Date)
  • By Program Type (Analysis, Assessment, Fluency, PEAK ect.)

Labels in the Library

The purpose of labels in a library is to help users organize and search for programs by the label.

To search by a label, click on the chevron (or carrot) next to "All Programs" in a library. This will create a dropdown menu of all labels. Then select the label you would like to search.

Vocabulary Permissions

When you create an Organization, there are no labels. You must create the labels you want to use across your organization. Thought should be put into what labels you want to use to organize your programs in a library and in data collection.  To create labels, you must first have a role that has permission to "Edit Vocabulary".
