Making Text Bold or Italicized

In Motivity's program builder (and note template builder), text can be made bold, italicized, or both.

To make text bold:

**bold text goes here**

To make text italicized: 

*italicized text goes here*

To make text bold ABD italicized: 

***bold and italicized text goes here***
