How to add a funding source


Once you’ve added in your Patient and Caregiver details, you’ll be able to add in a funding source. You can only add in funding sources from active contracts (see [insert contract knowledge base articles]).


First, click “Funding Sources” on the lefthand sidebar

Then, click “Add Funding Source”

Select the Funding Source Type




And then select the Contract (reminder, the contract needs to already be in the system- if you don’t see it, click “add new” and you’ll be diverted to the contracts module ):

From here, you’ll add the funding details, the more information you have the better. Required fields are denoted with an asterisk, but the more information you have the better.

The grey boxes in the top right corner correspond to claims forms.
