Adding and Editing Provider Availability
This article provides instructions for accessing the provider schedule and managing general availability for providers.
Accessing the Provider Schedule
To access a provider's schedule, follow these steps:
- Hover over the Motivity icon on the top left corner of the screen.
- Click on the scheduler-Provider menu that appears.
- You will land on the scheduler page.
- Select the desired service location.
- Select the provider to view their calendar.
After selection of the menu, you land on the scheduler page. Select the service location and then the provider to view provider's calendar.
Adding or Editing General Availability
You can add or modify a provider's regular availability while viewing their schedule.
- While on the scheduler page, find the 3 dot (ellipsis) icon on the top right side of the screen.
- Click the 3 dot (ellipsis) icon.
- Click General Availability from the menu.

To add new availability:
- Click anywhere in the week-view calendar to add a new availability block.
- You can set this new availability to be recurring.
To modify existing availability:
- Click and drag an existing availability block to change its time or duration.
Alternatively, you can access the General Availability setting directly from the provider scheduler view:
- In the provider scheduler view, find the 3 dot (ellipsis) icon on the right side of the provider's row.
- Click the 3 dot (ellipsis) icon.
- Click General Availability.
