Understanding and Setting Closure Days in Motivity
How to create and delete Closure Days.
Overview:
The Closure Days section defines the days your organization will be closed, such as holidays, ensuring that appointments cannot be scheduled on these dates.
Note: A scheduler may override scheduling on Closure Days if they are given the appropriate Access Level. To learn more about permissions, see How to Set Up and Manage Access Levels.
Managing Closure Days:
1. Navigate to the Admin Module and select "Closure Days".

2. To add a Closure Date:

Select "Add Close Days" from the top right corner

Choose a date

Select "Save"


Note: Multi-day closures must be entered day by day. Example: For a closure from 2/2 to 2/4, add three separate entries.
3. If you need to delete a closure date, navigate to the "Closure Days" page, and select the trash can icon next to the date you want removed.
