Users

Overview:

  • The Users section allows you to manage all Motivity users, including their access levels, office assignments, and login credentials.

Adding a New User

  • Click on "Add User" and fill in the necessary details, such as name, email, and access level. You can also assign office locations and send login credentials via email.
  • You can assign any existing access level or create a custom access level.
  • Specific contracts are usually assigned to billers or authorizations team in cases where there are large teams and work distribution is done based on payors. If this is not the case, you can assign all contracts. (Currently, this only has downstream impact on the Billing module.)
  • To deactivate a user, click on "Deactivate User," mark it as "Yes," and then click "Save."

Deactivating a Provider

  • This is done from the Provider module (Provider > Status = Terminated).

Managing Existing Users

  • Edit user details, reset passwords, or deactivate users as needed. Providers added through the Provider module are automatically listed here.
  • If you want to resend the login invite, click on "Email Invite" (set to Yes) and click "Save." The user will receive the Calmanac invite again with login directions.
