AIO - Logging In and Logging Out

This is a brief overview of how to log in and out of Motivity.

How to Log In

  1. Head to the Portal: Open your browser and go to either app.motivity.net to access the Clinical/data collection module or pm.motivity.net to access the Practice Management module.

     

    Switch Seamlessly Between Modules

    Logging into either module will also log you automatically into the other. For instructions on toggling between the modules, click here.

  2. The Login Screen: You’ll see the login page.

  3. Enter Your Username: Type in your username (this is the email address associated with your user account).
    Click 'Continue'.

Enter Your Password: On the next screen you will enter your password and click 'Log In'.

Note: Once you get to this screen, you cannot adjust your user name - so if you make a typo, just hit your back button on your browser and start again!

Forgot Something? If your password has slipped your mind, don't panic! Select "Forgot your password?" to get back on track in no time.

 

How to Log Out 

Important Note: Logging out of one module will not automatically log you out of the other module. To keep things extra secure, please remember to manually log out of both Practice Management and Clinical separately.

Logging out of the Practice Management module:

  1. Find your Profile Icon: Look to the top-right corner of your screen and select the silhouette icon (profile icon).

  2. Click Logout.

Logging out of the Clinical module:

  1. Find the Hamburger Icon: Look to the top-left corner of your screen and select the three lines icon (commonly known as the 'hamburger' icon).

  2. Click to Exit: Scroll down to the bottom of the column that opens up and click Sign Out.
