Introduction
The Motivity Billing Module is a powerful and intuitive system designed to simplify and automate the entire billing lifecycle for therapy services. It offers a streamlined process that reduces manual effort and enhances the accuracy of your revenue cycle management (RCM).
Motivity integrates seamlessly with clearinghouses enabling you to efficiently handle every aspect of billing — from unbilled services to claims submission, scrubbing, and posting. With built-in features for tracking patient responsibility, handling multiple insurance providers, and generating detailed financial reports, the system ensures no revenue is lost due to billing errors or delays.

Scope and Purpose
This user manual is intended to guide billing staff through the key functionalities of the Motivity Billing Module. By the end of this manual, users will understand how to effectively manage claims, process payments, and ensure financial accuracy while complying with industry standards.
Process Overview
This is a three-step system of reviewing all unbilled services, claims scrubbing and preparation and posting the claims in the system.

Typical tasks to be done by the user will include-
- Reviewing the unbilled services/time
- Generation of batch of invoices by payor, by date range etc.
- Reviewing and fixing the errors in the batch (if any)
- Regenerating the batch with fixed data
- Posting the batch of invoices (through clearing house)
- Printing the claims
