Caregiver

This menu is unlocked once provider details are added. You have to add a primary caregiver to unlock the Funding Source menu as a next step. 

This section captures details for both primary and secondary caregivers. The primary caregiver is responsible for receiving patient responsibility statements and other billing-related communications. 

Note: If patient is an independent adult then patient’s details can also be used here.
