Compliance
This section drives the tiles which are populated in provider’s accounts under enrollment requirement section. This defines the requirements to be fulfilled by any clinician for specific roles.
For example: If a clinician/provider is to provide services as a BCBA then they should meet the requirements specified in this section.
You can assign compliance requirements to the roles configured through admin.
Add Compliance
While setting the compliance rules you can set state/service location, then the date range for the compliance requirement and a role. After this you can drag the compliance items from the master list and create a set of rules.
Every provider in the organization falls under the pre-set roles. And they will be required to meet these compliances in order to work with this payor.
AND/OR Rule
Set the requirement rules efficiently by taking use of AND/OR rules.
For example: A funding source might require a BCBA to have a CAQH Number AND NPI Number AND Resume. On the other hand, they might need a master’s degree like MA OR MS OR ME. In this case you can list down all the allowed degrees in one box and provide an appropriate title to the box like ‘Master’s Degree’.
