Contracts List
Hover over the ConCred icon on top left corner and click on the contracts menu to access the list of all contracts.
On the contracts list page, by default you will see a list of all the contracts in all the states.
Clicking on any contract will take you to the details page of that contract.
If any contract has any alert in it which requires any action then you will see this icon in front of the contract
Sorting
You can click on the column title to sort it alphabetically, or numerically or by
- Contract common name
- Account #
- Contract Type
- Funder Name
- Line of Business
- Contract Region
- Status
- Last Updated
Filtering
You can filter your contracts by clicking on this icon on the list page
Contracts can be filtered by-
- State
- Type
- Line of Business
- Region
- Status
- New Contract
You can create a new contract by clicking on “Add contract” button on contracts list page. Refer Patient Details for more details.

This page summarizes all the alerts and activities within the contract.
Contract Info Tile
This tile reflects the name of the common name of the contract, contract type along with its account ID and start date.
Progress Bars
Following progress bars show the amount of information saved in the corresponding menus under the selected contract.
Alerts
This section will highlight all the pre-configured alerts which require your attention. These alerts will go away when required conditions are met.
Alert: Rates missing
Relevant Page: Rates
Reason: Rates are not added for any service items. Once any rate is added, this alert will be automatically removed.
Alert: Missing compliance requirement
Relevant Page: Compliance
Reason: Credentialing requirement is marked as ‘Yes’ in Credentialing requirement tab for any role but the compliance items are not defined in Compliance tab. Once compliance items are added this alert will be removed.
Alert: Missing credentialing requirement
Relevant Page: Credentialing Requirement
Reason: Credentialing requirement is missing for the added roles on Credentialing Requirement page. Once credentialing requirement is marked as yes, no or NA this alert will be removed.
Alert: Contract expired
Relevant Page: Contract Details
Reason: Contract renewal date has passed. This alert will be removed if you mark the contract status as “terminated” or extend the renewal date.
Alert: Contract expiring in 90 days
Relevant Page: Contract Details
Reason: Contract renewal date is reaching in 90 days or less. This alert will be removed if you mark the contract status as “terminated” or extend the renewal date.
Alert: Contract expiring in 60 days
Relevant Page: Contract Details
Reason: This tile shows you a count of contracts which are currently active but have expiry date coming up in 60 days (between 31-60 days to expire). This alert will be removed if you mark the contract status as “terminated” or extend the renewal date.
Alert: Contract expiring in 30 days
Relevant Page: Contract Details
Reason: This tile shows you a count of contracts which are currently active but have expiry date coming up in 30 days (between 0-30 days to expire). This alert will be removed if you mark the contract status as “terminated” or extend the renewal date.
Notifications
This section will list down important activities. However, it does not require any action from you.
Here are the types of notifications you will see-

This section will list down all the activities within ConCred which are associated with this contract.
