Users with access to contracts dashboard will see the alerts and notifications for all contracts.

Alert Tiles

Missing rates

This tile shows you a count of all the contracts which do not have any active rates in them at all. 

Expired rates

This tile shows you a count of all the contracts which do not have any active rates in them at all. 

Contract(s) expiring in 90 days 

This tile shows you a count of contracts which are currently active but have expiration date coming up in 90 days (between 61-90 days to expire).

Contract(s) expiring in 60 days 

This tile shows you a count of contracts which are currently active but have expiration date coming up in 60 days (between 31-60 days to expire).

Contract(s) expiring in 30 days 

This tile shows you a count of contracts which are currently active but have expiration date coming up in 30 days (between 0-30 days to expire). 

Expired contracts

This tile shows you a count of contracts who have crossed renewal date but which are still marked as active. 

Missing credentialing requirements 

This tile shows number of contracts where Enrollment Requirements on Credentialing Requirement menu is not mentioned for all the roles.

Missing compliance requirements

This tile shows number of contracts where enrollment is required for some clinical role but compliance requirements are not added for that role. 

Compliance end date reached

This tile shows number of contracts where compliance end date is reached.

Alerts Section

You can filter the alerts by selecting any particular type of alert from the dropdown or by clicking on the dashboard tiles. 

If you select any type of alert from the dropdown and now you want to view all the alerts again select “Show All” in the dropdown.

You can search for any specific contract alert by using the search bar. 

These alerts will be removed automatically when the corresponding criteria is fulfilled. 

Notifications Section

The difference between an alert and a notification is that notifications are more for your information about any important updates and do not call for any specific action. 

Types of notifications

New location added

When a new location is added to the system 

Rate expired

When a set expiry date is reached 

Compliance end date reached

When any end date of a set compliance item is reached for any contract expiry date is reached 

New contract created

When a new contract is added in the system   

Location closed 

When any location is closed down   

New service item added 

When a new service item is added in the system
