Introduction
ConCred addresses the complete Contracts & Credentialing life-cycle management along with Correspondence & timeline tracking. It enables the organizations to stay on top of their contracts with payers and helps in maintaining the required compliances to meet the standard of service and not fail any audits or violate any terms.
It helps organizations to track the lifecycle of all their contracts with payers. Once a contract is finalized, this system acts as a source of truth for contract terms and conditions which includes rates and other billing details along with compliance requirements. It also eliminates the unorganized tracking of providers and their compliances needs for various payers and helps in having a complete handle on the capacity definition and forecasting.
Scope and Purpose
This document is for users from contracts department or the users who have access to contracts module, who will track contract life cycle and maintain up to date data in the system. It walks them through the features relevant to their scope of work within ConCred.
Process Overview
This system is to extract the finalized terms and conditions from the contract and store it in an easily accessible and understandable structure. Along with this you can also store the key information related to any payor in various sections.
You can view the current state of any contract which is in progress and once a contract is signed you can manually extract important information from the contract and save it in relevant sections within the system, so that it can be consumed by other users easily.
