Key Contacts (Checklist)
This article is most relevant to billing administrators, contract managers, and users responsible for creating, managing, or maintaining contracts within the Contracts module.
This optional checklist allows you to track the key contact for each area within the contract.
Indicate whether a key contact exists for each area by selecting Yes, No, N/A, or ?.
Each item includes a gray pencil icon beneath the title. Click the pencil to document the key contact, add notes, or upload related documents.
