Indicate whether the contract has the given requirement by selection Yes, No, N/A, or the ? option.
Each requirement includes a gray pencil icon beneath the title. Click the pencil to document the specific requirement, takes notes or upload related documents.
Selecting Yes for any item may require a telehealth compliance entry to be added in the Compliance tab. For more details, see the article Compliance
