CAQH
Once CAQH ID/username is added by the provider on the Enrollment Req page, you will see it reflected on this page too.
Note: This menu can be effectively used only if you have your organization’s CAQH account and it’s integrated to this system. This menu is not accessible through the provider portal since this is an admin activity to be done to add providers under organization’s CAQH.
Register under organization’s CAQH account
This button will be enabled as soon as CAQH ID is received.
Clicking on this button will roster the respective provider in CAQH under the organization's account.
It can take up to 15 minutes for the status to change to “Registered”.
Pull Records
After a record is successfully rostered, a button to pull CAQH data will appear if the provider has filled CAQH and did attestation after their date of hire.
When records are pulled, the latest copy of CAQH data is received by ConCred and saved in the CAQH timeline as a PDF attachment.
You can use this copy to refer to CAQH data at any time.
