Documents

This is a documents repository where you can save any document associated with the provider. All the documents are shown in the timeline based on file date (not based on the date when file was added). File date is automatically added from your computer to the ‘File date’ field in the popup while uploading a document. 

These documents do not reflect on any other page in the application. Providers do not have access to this menu on the provider portal. 

It is recommended to use this section only for documents which do not belong to payor enrollment for this provider or for compliances of this provider. All the specific documents about compliance items or enrollments should be saved in those corresponding pages/sections for better record keeping.
