Employment Info

This page lists the provider's service locations.

Typically traveling clinicians have more than one location listed on this page.

Clicking on the info icon in front of the location will show you more details about the location.

Add Service Location

You can add a new service location by clicking on the ‘Add Service Location’ button on top right corner of this page.

This new location will be added to the list on the Employment Info Page. As soon as a new location is added, a potential list of payors will be also added on the Enrollment page and hence the corresponding Enrollment Requirement tiles will also start reflecting.

Note: Aside from adding a new location, this feature is also mainly used to add a new role on the existing location. Example: You might have a BCBA who is not licensed in a certain state, so although they will be added as a BCBA primarily, they might work/bill as a behavior technician temporarily, hence you will need to add them as a behavior technician here for the same location as BCBA.

Edit/Delete Service location

You can edit or delete any service location by clicking on the edit or delete icons in the action column of the locations table.

If you delete any location/role for which enrollment completes for a certain payor, then that enrollment information will remain as is in the Enrollments menu, it will not be removed.

Compliance Items Required by the Payors

Health care funders require very specific information to complete Enrollment in their network. This varies from funder to funder, based on service location (specially state) and role of the provider.

The system has mapping of all the requirements by different funders and based on that this page lists all the required compliance items by the payors who this provider will be working with.

Example:

Examples of compliance items are- Degrees, Certificates, Work Experience, Training, etc.

Compliance Item Info

If there is any additional information added by the admin while setting up the compliance then you can see it by clicking on the info icon.

Add/Edit Compliance Item

By clicking on the ‘pencil icon’ you can add/edit the details of the tile for each compliance item on the provider's behalf.

Verify a Compliance Item

Once a compliance item is added to the system it stays in the “Unverified” status until you verify it. Only the users with appropriate access can ‘Verify’ the tile.

To verify a compliance item, click on the ‘pencil icon’ to view all the added information, then add a date of verification, your name and leave any verification note (if needed) and save the popup.

Once an item is verified, the provider will not be able to make any changes to the verified tile.

Compliance Workflow

At any given stage status can be changed to- “Not being added”. This will remove all the associated alerts. However, it will come up as a missing requirement for enrollment when you are trying to enroll the provider.

Add More

If you want to add any new compliance items on the provider's behalf which are not listed on this page already, then you can add it by clicking on the “Add More” button on top right of this page.

Reset a compliance item

Once a compliance item is verified, the provider cannot edit the data through the provider portal. However, if required, you can reset the whole tile by clicking on the reset button inside the tile to make it editable again.

This will remove data from all the fields and change the status of the tile to “No Information”.

History of a compliance item

You can review the history of the activities within a tile by clicking on this button.

Not being renewed

You can mark any compliance items as “Not Being Renewed” at any time. This will then stop appearing as an alert.

Correspondence

You can leave a message for the provider about any specific compliance item through this offline chat window. The provider will be able to view your message and reply back on the same channel. Both you and the provider will get notification of addition of a new note on your dashboard.
