Linking Multiple Make-Up Appointments

This article outlines how to link several make-up or fill-in sessions to a single original cancelled appointment.

 

Overview

Motivity allows you to link multiple make-up or fill-in appointments to a single cancelled session. This ensures that when a long session is broken down into smaller make-up blocks, the relationship between the original missed time and the subsequent appointments remains clear and organized.

How to Link Appointments

To associate make-up sessions with a cancelled appointment, follow this path within the platform:

  1. Navigate to the Scheduler.

  2. Create a makeup appointment.
  3. Confirm that the appointment type is "Makeup".
  4. Select the magnifying glass icon  in the Linked Appointment ID field.
  5. Select the date of the cancelled appointment.

  6. Choose the relevent Cancelled Appointment from the list to establish the connection.
