Patients
How to access and add new patients
Hover over the Motivity icon in the top left corner and click on the patients menu to access the list of all patients.
On the patients list page, by default you will see a list of all the patients in the system. You can filter the list to active vs In progress vs archived patients only.
Clicking on any patient will take you to the details page of that patient.
List Page Overview
Welcome to the patient module of Motivity Practice Management, where you manage all patient records. The list page displays active patients by default, along with essential details like name, ID, date of birth, associated office or clinic, and supervisor.
Search and Filtering
Use the search bar for quick access to specific patients.
Adding New Patients
Click the "Add Patient" button to begin the patient setup process. Initially, only the patient details menu is active. After saving, subsequent menus unlock to guide you through complete patient setup.
Sorting
You can click on the column title to sort your list by patient name.
Quick Notes
You can add a note for any patient by clicking on the pencil icon in front of their name on this page. Note added from here will reflect on patient’s note page.
