Brand New Provider

A new provider portal account is created when a provider is added in ConCred by adding their basic information, but most importantly when at least one service location is added for them in the ‘Employment Info’ page. 

Welcome Email

A brand-new provider gets a welcome email when their provider portal is created. 

Welcome email has a link to the Provider Portal along with the instructions to login. The username of the portal will be the company email ID. The password setup link will be provided in the email. 

First Login

Provider will be prompted to set up a password on their first login.
