The "My Portal" Provider Dashboard
This article reviews what the "My Portal" is and how to navigate it.
Overview
The "My Portal" Provider Dashboard displays a snapshot of your credentials, service locations, and enrollment statuses. It uses interactive tiles to highlight alerts and pending requirements, ensuring you know exactly what needs your attention at a glance.
Navigating Your Portal
After login, you'll land on your "My Portal" dashboard page. You'll find key information here, including:

- Provider Info: name of provider, designation, primary service location.
- Service locations: you can see the count of your service locations. Clicking on this tile will take you to the "Employment Info" menu from the left panel, where you can see a list of your service locations and their details.
- Note: Typically, traveling clinicians who supervise other clinicians at various locations have more than one location listed here.
- Pending Requirements: shows the status of pending requirements for any current or upcoming enrollment or compliance requirements.
- Clicking on the tiles will take you to the appropriate spot to fill in your missing information.
- If there are no pending requirements, then you will see a check mark showing you that you have submitted all required compliance items and they have been verified by the admin.
- Enrollments: this section will show a list of all the Pending, In-Progress, or Completed Enrollments for applicable payors based on your service location(s). Clicking on each tile will take you to the Enrollment Details page, where you can see your status along with action items (if any).
- If no Enrollments are requested for you based on your allocations, you will see a message notifying you that there are no pending enrollment requests.
- Alerts: this section will highlight all the alerts that require your attention. These alerts will go away when you take the required action.
- Click HERE to see common alerts and how to address those.
- Notifications: lists important activities (e.g., new location added, enrollment status updated, etc.), but does not require any action from you.
You can navigate away from your Provider Dashboard by hovering over the black 'M' and selecting a module. To return to your portal, hover over the black 'M' and select "My Portal" from the menu.
