Dashboard
After login, user lands on the dashboard which summarizes all the alerts and activities.
Provider Info Tile
This tile reflects the name of the logged in provider, their designation and their primary service location within the organization.
Service Location(s)
This tile will show the count of provider’s service locations. Clicking on this tile will take you to ‘Employment Info’ menu from left panel where you can see a list of your service locations and their details.
Note: Typically traveling clinicians who supervise other clinicians at various locations have more than one locations listed here.
Pending Requirements
This tile shows you a status of any pending requirements for any current or upcoming Enrollments.
Clicking on this tile will take you to ‘Enrollment Req’ menu from left panel where you can see a list of all compliance items needed by the organization or by the payors for your Enrollments.
If you see the pending requirements alert but on ‘Enrollment Req’ page you don’t see any pending items then be sure to check compliance requirement menu.
If there are no pending requirements then you will see a check mark showing you that you have submitted all required compliance items and they have been verified by the admin.
Enrollments
This section will show a list of all the Pending, In-Progress or Completed Enrollments for applicable payors based on your service location(s).
If no Enrollments are requested for you based on your allocations, then you will see this message-
Clicking on the payor name will take you to the Enrollment Details page where you can see your status along with action items (if any).
Alerts
This section will highlight all the alerts which requires your attention. These alerts will go away when you take the required action.

Here are the types of alerts you will see, and how they will be removed-
Alert: Pending information from provider
Relevant Pages: Enrollment Req, Compliance Req
Reason: You have missing information in Enrollment Req or Compliance Req tabs. Once you add/upload all the missing information this alert will be removed automatically.
Alert: CAQH ID is unavailable
Relevant Page: Enrollment Req (Only for roles which require CAQH based on contract’s compliance requirements)
Reason: You have not provided the CAQH ID yet. Once you add CAQH details then this alert will be removed automatically.
Alert: Credentials Expiring
Relevant Pages: Enrollment Req, Compliance Req
Reason: You have one or more compliance items which require renewal in 60 days or less. Once you add the renewed details or this item is marked as ‘Not being added’ (by admin) or when the expiry date is passed then this alert will be removed automatically. After expiry date is crossed, this alert changes to ‘credentials expired’.
Alert: Credentials Expired
Relevant Pages: Enrollment Req, Compliance Req
Reason: Your one or more compliance items have expired. Once you add the renewed details or this item is marked as ‘Not being added’ (by admin) then this alert will be removed automatically.
Alert: Enrollments: Provider Review Pending
Relevant Page: Enrollment Details
Reason: Enrollment form is assigned to you by the credentialing team. Once you submit the online application form and report it to the credentialing team or you submit the PDF application back this alert will be removed automatically.
Alert: Compliance: Over Due (Passed grac e period)
Relevant Pages: Enrollment Req, Compliance Req
Reason: Due date for any compliance item(s) has passed based on grace period (refer 8.2.3) set in the contract. Once you add/upload the missing information or this item is marked as ‘Not being added’ (by admin) then this alert will be removed automatically.
Alert: Compliance: On Grace Period
Relevant Pages: Enrollment Req, Compliance Req
Reason: You have missing information in the Enrollment Req tab which is on grace period set in the contract. Once you add/upload the missing information or this item is marked as ‘Not being added’ (by admin) then this alert will be removed automatically.
Notifications
This section will list down important activities. However, it does not require any action from you.
