Enrollment Requirements (Credentialing)

This page shows enrollment and credentialing compliance items required by each payer, based on funder, provider role, and service location. It allows you to view requirements, add or edit documentation, track statuses, and communicate with admins to complete enrollment efficiently.

Compliance Items Required by the Payors

Health care funders require very specific information to complete enrollment in their network. These requirements vary by funder, service location (especially state), and the provider’s role.

The system maps all requirements across different funders, and this page lists the required compliance items for the payers you will be working with.

Example:

Examples of compliance items include Degrees, Certificates, Work Experience, Training, etc.

Compliance Item Info

If the admin adds any additional information while setting up the compliance, you can see it by clicking the info icon.

Add/Edit Compliance Item

By clicking on the ‘pencil icon’, you can add/edit the details of the tile for each compliance item.

Compliance Item Workflow

At any given stage status can be changed to “Not being added”. This will remove all the associated alerts. This status can be added only by an admin.

Add More

If you want to add any new compliance items (certificates/trainings/work experience etc.) that are not listed on this page, then you can add them by clicking on the “Add More” button on top right of this page.

Correspondence

You can leave a message for the admin about any specific compliance item through this offline chat window. You will be able to view your message and reply back on the same channel. Both you and the admin will get a notification of the addition of a new note on your dashboard.

To learn more about how to add requirements that are not contract specific, please see the article Credentialing Categories.
