ConCred- Provider Portal

ConCred-Provider Portal addresses a complete Credentialing life-cycle management along with correspondence & timeline tracking. It enables the Providers to stay on top of their credentialing management and in maintaining the required compliances so that they never fail any internal or external audits or violate any terms. 

It also enables providers to always have access to their most current data and credentialing statuses. 

 

Scope and Purpose

This document is for all types of providers in different roles. This document gives you a walkthrough of the main features of the Provider Portal like the requirements from providers, alerting system and action item tracking within the system.

 

Process Overview

The system prompts you what is required by the organization from you to get you In-Network with any payor and to maintain it at any given stage along with organization’s internal compliance criteria. 

A typical sequence of provider’s workflow within the system will include-

  • A brand-new provider logs in to the system.
  • Provider reviews their required Enrollments.
  • Provider reviews the required compliance items (Certificates, Work Experience, Licenses, Degrees etc.)
  • Provider provides the details of all required compliance items.
  • If/when an Enrollment form is generated by the credentialing team and assigned to you, you will have to fill up the form and send a signed copy/acknowledgment of completion to the credentialing team.
  • Provider can check their credentialing statuses in the portal at any time
  • Once all the initial formalities are done and you are credentialed/eligible to work with required payors, you will be only alerted if any compliance item is nearing expiry or if any new Enrollment is needed.
