Reviewing the Motivity Reports Module

This article provides an overview of the Reports module in Motivity, including what types of reports are available and how they’re typically used. We’ll explain what insights these reports offer and how they support day-to-day and long-term decision-making.

Overview

The Reports module in Motivity is designed to give practices structured visibility into clinical and operational data. Rather than focusing on raw activity alone, reports help translate that data into meaningful insights that support leadership, supervisors, and operations teams.

Reports can typically be viewed on demand and exported for sharing, presentations, or deeper analysis.

Why This Is Useful

Reports turn daily activity into actionable insight. Understanding the Reports module helps you monitor performance, utilization, and trends, so you can make confident decisions without relying on guesswork or last-minute scrambles.

Navigating to the Reports Module

To navigate to the Reports Module, hover over the black 'M' found in the top-left corner of your screen.

Scroll down to the Reports Module icon in the tool bar.

If you do not see this tab, this is due to your role's permission set.
