Provider Quick Links
To access the quick links for a provider within the scheduler, simply look for the three dots icon located in the top right-hand corner of the screen. Clicking this icon will reveal the following options:
Provider Information
This section displays details about the provider. The information shown here is based on the data entered in the provider's basic information page, which is maintained within the provider module.
General Availability
Use this link to set the general availability of the provider.
- Non-Date Specific: This availability is not tied to a specific date.
- Adding Availability: Click and drag the mouse within the timeslot to add the provider's available time.
- Editing Availability:
- Click on an added availability to delete it.
- Drag the added availability to adjust (increase or decrease) its duration.
- Calendar View: Once set, this availability will be visible in the provider's calendar for the selected days and times, appearing in the background.
Note: Adding a provider's availability is particularly important as it provides clarity for resource utilization analysis.
Report
This link generates a detailed report for the selected provider.
- Report Detail: The report provides an hour-by-hour breakdown of activity.
- Timeframe: The report covers the selected date range.
