Patient Schedule Management

Hover over the Motivity icon on the top left corner and click on the scheduler-Patient menu to access the patients schedule. 

After selection of the menu, you land on the scheduler page. Select the service location and then the patient to view the patient's calendar. 

Legend: Appointment color code

 You can click on the bottom of the screen to view the entire legend. By default, you see only the first row.

Signature Capture check

The check mark at the top right corner of the appointment represents that the signature has been captured for the rendered service. 

The green check represents that the clinician’s signature is captured. 

The black check represents that caregiver’s signature was captured. 

Changing the state of the appointment 

Click on the appointment if you want to view the appointment details or to Render/complete, Cancel or delete.

Conditions for changing the status of any appointment are-

  • Future appointments cannot be rendered
  • Rendered appointments cannot be deleted
  • Rendered appointment cannot be edited (if needed you can cancel it, reschedule it and then make the edits, in this case the captured data/signature will be deleted)
  • Actions to edit/delete a recursive series will be available if the appointment was part of the series
  • A cancelled appointment can be ‘un-Cancelled’ to restore it to the scheduled state
  • Time for a scheduled appointment can be increased or decreased by dragging it by mouse (without having to open the edit appointment popup)

Navigation 

Use the navigator in the upper left corner to select a specific day from the calendar or to view previous or upcoming weeks.
