Patient Information
This information is shown based on the information in the patient details page in the patient module.
Authorizations
This information is shown based on the active work authorizations in the patient's profile.
Preferences
You can add a patient's preferences here to find the matching providers while scheduling appointments.
General Availability
This is to add the general availability of the patient. It is not date specific.
Click on the timeslot by mouse and drag it upwards or downwards to add the availability.
You can click on the added availability to delete it or drag the added availability to increase or decrease the duration.
Availability will be shown in the patient's calendar for the selected days/time in the background.
Patient block time
Unlike the availability, patient block time is added for a specific date/time. Patients will appear unavailable during the blocked time.
Report
This gives you an hour’s breakdown report for the selected date range.
