Accessing Patient Quick Links in the Scheduler
This document outlines the steps and available options when accessing the Quick Links section from the scheduler and patient view.
By selecting the scheduler and the patient view, an option to view quick links becomes available. To access these links, follow the step below:
- Click on the three dots icon on the top right of the screen to access the quick links.
Patient Information
This information is shown based on the details available on the patient details page within the patient module.
Authorizations
This section displays information based on the active work authorizations present in the patient's profile.
Preferences
You can add a patient's preferences here. This information is used to find matching providers while scheduling appointments for the patient.
General Availability
This section allows you to add the patient's general availability. It is not date-specific.
- Click on the timeslot with a mouse and drag it upwards or downwards to add the availability.
- You can click on the added availability to delete it or drag the added availability to increase or decrease the duration.
Availability will be shown in the patient's calendar for the selected days/time in the background.

Patient Block Time
Unlike General Availability, patient block time is added for a specific date/time. Patients will appear unavailable during the blocked time.
Report
This feature provides an hour's breakdown report for the selected date range.
