Answers to frequently asked questions in setting up contracts in Motivity.
Q: Why are my contracts not showing up as a funding source when I'm trying to create an authorization?
A: There are a few things you can check!
- Direct yourself to the Contracts module and confirm that you have entered all your contracts.
- If all contracts are in the system:
- click on a contract,
- select "Account Information"
- confirm that the contract status is "Active"
- scroll down to "Service Locations" and confirm that a location is selected.
- if a contract is applicable across all locations, toggle that setting to "On" an click "Save".
