Setting Up Automatic Transitions to "On Hold"
In Motivity, you can use advanced transition rules to set up automatic transitions for targets to transition to "On Hold" based on the learner's performance. For example, you can set a target to transition to "On Hold" if the learner fails a certain # or % of sessions. You can include multiple rules. For example:
In addition, you can customize the name of the "On Hold" status using a custom On Hold status. In the example above, the status is labeled "Alert."
When a target meets the criteria to transition to On Hold, staff will see an alert:
Once the target transitions to an On Hold status, it will not appear in data collection until it is manually transitioned back into an active phase.
A phase line will appear on the graph to indicate that the target transitioned to On Hold / Alert. Note: if you want to hide the phase change line, you can learn how to do that here.
