Add Learners

These instructions are intended for customers who use the clinical interface exclusively.

If you are using Motivity's Practice Managment system, you will follow the instructions found in this article!

To add a learner, select "Learner" when you are on your organization's home screen. Then click on the + Learner in the upper right corner of the screen. 

The Alias will be displayed in the learner list and can be used to protect PHI.  It should be a unique code but should not include any identifiable information about the learner.

The notes section can be used for general information you want to have access such as diet restrictions, insurance provider, special care instructions, etc.
