Adding Labels to Learners

Adding labels to learner profiles can be a useful way to organize your learners for you and your staff.

To do this:

  1. Click on Learners
  2. Click on Vocabulary in the right-hand corner
  3. Click Add Labels
  4. Type in a label name
  5. Choose a label color
  6. Click Create Label

To add a label to a learner:

  1. Click on the learner
  2. Click on Labels (if you don't see this, click on the three dots in the right-hand corner)
  3. Select which label to add

When searching through a learner list, you will be able to filter profiles by the labels.  Do this by clicking the Filter button in the right-hand corner and selecting which filters you want to view.  This will only display learners with the relevant label.

When you add a label on a learner's profile, that label will travel with the learner when they are assigned to a learner group or to a member's personal dashboard when the member is assigned to the learner's team. I.e.,  you will see that label attached to the learner in any view/dashboard.
