Adding/Inviting Members

Learn how to add a new Member to Motivity’s clinical interface with this step-by-step guide. These instructions are intended for customers who use the clinical interface exclusively.

If you are using Motivity's Practice Managment system, you will follow the instructions found in this article!

Inviting a Member via Email

You will follow this process to invite a new member to Motivity!

  • click "Members"
  • select the "+Member" button at the top right
  • type their email address in the top line
    • be sure that it is spelled correctly!
    • when you finish typing the email, a + button will appear
    • click the + button to add the email
  • assign a Role using the dropdown 
  • select "Invite"

Inviting a Member via Username

You will follow this process to invite an existing member to Motivity!

  • click "Members"
  • select the "+Member" button at the top right
  • type their username in the second line
    • be sure that it is spelled correctly!
  • click "Check if User Exists" button
  • if you entered the username correctly and the user profile already exists in Motivty, you will see a pop-up with the username and first and last name
  • click the + button
  • assign a Role using the dropdown 
  • select "Invite"

Viewing Invitations and Members

  • You can view pending invitations by selecting "Invitations"  from the home screen.  
  • You can view existing and accepted members by selecting "Members" from the home screen.
