Set a Target to "Already Known", "On Hold" or "Deactivated"

Select the program.

Identify which target needs to be transitioned.

Click the arrow next to the name of the current phase.

This will produce a drop-down menu with all the phases listed out.

Select which status is relevant to your target.

Your target has now been transitioned.
