You can print or save multiple target charts and/or cumulative charts through the export feature. You can export your charts as a PDF, or a Zip file with each chart as a JPG.
To use the Bulk Export Charts feature:
1. Navigate to the learner's dashboard.
2. Click on either "Timeline and Reports" or "Programs and Progress".
3. Click on "Export" (found at the top right of the screen), a smaller window will open up.
4. By clicking the chevron arrow next to "Export: Select an Export Type" you will open a drop down menu where you can select either "Charts (PDF)" or "Charts (Zipped JPGs)".
5. Input the date range for your charts.
6. Select if you want to include Cumulative Charts and/or Target Charts.
7. A bar at the top of the window will show how charts are being gathered.
8. You can exclude charts that you are not interested in by clicking the red crosses at the top of each chart.
9. Under target charts you can either expand the summary or leave it collapsed (it will print as it looks) using the chevron arrow.
10. The "Export" button will turn blue when it is ready for export (either printing or saving as a PDF).
If you choose to download as JPGs, a spinning wheel will be displayed in the window whilst data is being gathered.
A green check appears when the Zip file is ready to be saved and opened which you simply do by clicking on the green tick mark.
A few notes:
How long the charts take to configure will depend on how many charts a learner has and the date range you have selected.
All charts will be in the date range that you selected
To change other chart settings (e.g., group by, y-axis, trend lines, histograms, etc.), you will need to change these on the individual charts before using the export feature. Settings remain changed on charts until you manually change them again.
