Expected End Time
When you start a session and it asks for an expected end time, this feature is there for you in case you forget to close your session. It does not automatically close your session!
When starting a session, put in the time that you expect to end your session (scheduled end time). This will allow you to end your session at the "Expected End Time" or if you accidentally leave your session open, it will allow the next person to end your session at the "Expected End Time".
At the end of your session, don’t forget to close your session and revise the time if needed.
Click on the session play button to stop your session.
Then the end session pop-up appears and you can choose to end your session at the “expected time” or “now” or “other”.
Zero Count Data
The end session pop-up also asks about Zero Count Data. Zero Count Data comes up if there is no count data for any targets. You must indicate what the Zero Count means. Was there "Zero Occurrence" or was the target behavior "Not Tracked"?
This is IMPORTANT for reports and graphing. If at count/frequency target had Zero Occurrences, it will display a 0 on the graph for that session. If a count/frequency target was “Not Tracked”, then there will be no data on the graph for the target that session.
When ending a session and scoring targets with no data as "zero occurrence", the data will be attributed to the person who started the session.
