      Entering a Session In Progress

      Entering a Session in Progress

      You may enter a session in progress for many reasons. Maybe someone left a session running or you are sharing a session with another provider. When someone else has a session running, a "Session in progress" popup will appear.

      1) If a session was left open on accident, you can end the session and choose to end it at the “Expected End Time”. Alert the person who left it open so they can make sure the end time is accurate.

      2) If the session you are entering is in a current session, select, “Join Ongoing Session.” Any data you collect in that session will display your username so your team will know who collected what data.
