      Making Graphs Black and White

      While graphs in Motivity use color, some insurance providers prefer that reports only contain graphs in black and white.  To change the color on your graphs, do the following:

      • Select your graph
      • Click on the three horizontal lines 

      • Select "Download PNG Image"
      • Open the downloaded image and copy
      • Paste into a Word document
      • Right-click on the image and select "Format Picture"

      • Select "Picture Color" (icon of a landscape on the right-hand side)
      • Move Saturation down to 0
      • Your graph is now black and white
