Member Not Receiving Email Invitation
If you are not receiving your invitation to join Motivity, complete the following steps:
1. Have your administrator double-check for spelling errors or typos in your email address
2. Check your spam/junk folders for an email from accounts@motivity.net
3. Ask your administrator to delete your invitation and send it again
Other reasons you may not be receiving your invitation:
- Your inbox is full
- Your workplace has organization-wide email filtering (please reach out to IT at your organization to determine if this is the case)
If you have completed all the steps above, you can submit a ticket and we can help you troubleshoot further.
