Motivity is Displaying Military Time on Notes and Session Times

Motivity displays time according to device or browser settings.  We have identified that outdated Safari browsers show time inputs as military time.  If you are using an outdated Safari browser, you should update it to fix this issue. 

If you have an updated browser and have your device or browser set to show time in military format, this could also cause this to occur.

If updating the browser does not fix the issue, typically using a different browser resolves this. If you have tried all of the above, please submit a help ticket here.
