When a staff member leaves your organization, it's best practice to remove them from your organization on Motivity. This prevents them from accessing data after they are not employed. Doing this will not delete any data from Motivity. This removes the user from accessing your organization's information, learners, and data.
To remove a user from your organization go to member, select the member you want to remove, click on the top right corner and select remove member. AGAIN, THIS DOES NOT DELETE ANY DATA. You can add this member back to the org by typing their username and then inviting them again.
Please note: If there any notes that require a member's signature, these notes should be reviewed before that member is removed from your organization. If a member is removed before signing, you will need to invite them back to the organization to complete the notes.
