Set a Target to "Already Known", "On Hold" or "Deactivated"

To set a target to "Already Known", "On Hold", or "Deactivated" you will do the following:

• Select the program.
• Identify which target needs to be transitioned.
• Click the arrow next to the name of the current phase.
• This will produce a drop-down menu with all the phases listed out.
• Select which status is relevant to your target.
• Your target has now been transitioned.
