Using the 'Show/Hide' Feature to Customize Reports

Show/Hide is a mode that can be entered once you have created a report for a learner. 

  1. First, create a report for the learner. Navigate to the learner's timeline and select +note. From there, choose the correct note template, and enter the correct date range. 





  2. Click the “Show/Hide” icon in the top right corner.



  1. Show/Hide is a mode, and once you enter it, you will see eye icons next to the elements of the report that you can choose to hide or show. Once hidden, you will see a placeholder where that element was. You can toggle between hidden and shown for any element, and this is only locked once the note is signed. 





  2. Additionally, if the report template is configured not to show charts by default, this is where you will come to show the charts that you do want to be included in the particular report. 
    The example below shows "cumulative chart hidden" and "target chart hidden." Click the eye icons next to each if you want those charts to be displayed in the report.
